An article released this morning on Magnolia Reporter listed 6 new Bankruptcies fillings for this week. Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a type of personal bankruptcy where individuals with regular income can reorganize their debt and establish a repayment plan to pay creditors over three to five years. Chapter 13 allows individuals to keep their property while making manageable payments based on income and debt.

The filings span across 4 County's for the week ending on Tuesday Nov. 5th.
